Troubleshooting Windows enrollment issues
Prerequisites
If you run into issues while attempting to enroll Windows devices, you can collect relevant information from the target devices by completing any of the following steps:

Download the MDM Diagnostics log from Windows devices. To do that, in the Windows Settings app, under Accounts > Access work or school, click Info, and at the bottom of the Settings page, click Create report. Exported log file can be found under C:\Users\Public\Documents\MDMDiagnostics. Obtain the MDM log from the Event Viewer. You can find the Admin log under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostic-Provider. If you need more detailed logs, enable Debug logs by choosing the Show Analytic and Debug logs option in the Event Viewer's View menu. To create an Admin or Debug log file, click either node, select Save all events as, choose your desired language, and click Ok.
